Please be advised that the closing date for this Invitation to Tender has been extended to 26 August 2026 at 4.00 pm Fiji Standard Time.

The Telecommunications Authority of Fiji (TAF) invites suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers to submit proposals for the end-to-end supply, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of solar-powered, satellite-based Community Wi-Fi Centres across designated Universal Service Areas under Phase 2 of the Universal Service Obligation (USO) Programme.

This initiative aims to expand access to reliable telecommunications and ICT services in underserved and unserved communities throughout Fiji.

Scope of Services

• End-to-end supply, installation and commissioning of solar-powered, satellite-based Community Wi-Fi Centres.
• Operation and maintenance of deployed Community Wi-Fi Centres.
• Delivery of services across designated Phase 2 Universal Service Areas.

TAF reserves the right to seek further clarification, presentations or demonstrations during the evaluation process and may award the work across multiple Service Providers by province or lot.
