Radio-Communications Import Fees (One-Off)

For a single request to import radio-communications, permits and telecommunication equipment, per type approval

Duplicate of any certificate, permit, invoice or licence	$5.63

For a privately operated coast station in the VHF or MF band (special approval)	$140.63

To operate a hand-held transceiver in the 27MHz band with RF output power ≤ 50mW	$5.63

Point-to-Point or Point-to-Multipoint Radio Stations (Regulation 138)

(a) Up to 16kHz, per annum	$73.13
(b) Above 16kHz and up to 400kHz, per annum	$140.63
(c) Above 400kHz and up to 2800kHz, per annum	$360.00
(d) Above 2800kHz and up to 7000kHz, per annum	$703.13

Cellular Mobile Networks

Service Fees

For a Telecommunication Service Provider	1.5% of AGR (net of settlements with other local licensees)
